By playing any of the games developed and/or operated by Gioco, the user hereby agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the operator and the service provider. The user further agrees and acknowledges that the liability of the operator of any of the games aforementioned shall be limited to the subscribed capital in accordance with Republic Act No. 11232 or the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines.
In no event shall the operator be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential arising from the use of any games developed and/or operated by Gioco, or from any system failures, technical issues, or errors. The user hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from any actions in violation of the terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, the user agrees to resolve the matter according to the laws of the Philippines, with disputes subject to resolution through PAGCOR’s dispute resolution processes.
The terms and conditions of this website and the games is reviewed regularly and may be revised from time to time. Continued use of our website and the games developed or operated by Gioco constitutes acceptance of and consent to any and all revised terms and conditions.
